德國力士樂REXROTH變量柱塞泵有開槽控制的斜盤設(shè)計(jì),連續(xù)可變的排量,良好的自吸性,允許連續(xù)工作壓力350bar,低噪音,使用壽命長,驅(qū)動軸能吸收軸向和徑向載荷,模塊化設(shè)計(jì),通軸驅(qū)動控制時(shí)間短,泵位置可選,安裝位置也可以選擇,可在降低的工作參數(shù)下用HFC液工作。
力士樂REXROTH軸向柱塞泵的控制方式有三種,壓力控制器(如A10VS045DR/31R-PPA12NOO),還有就是壓力和流量控制器(A10VS071DFR/31R-PPA12N00)和電子壓力和流量控制器(如A10VS028DFE1/31R-12N00)這兩種。
德國力士樂油泵|rexroth油泵|力士樂a10vso柱塞泵|力士樂a4vso高壓柱塞泵|力士樂a2fo泵車柱塞泵|力士樂a11vo油泵博世力士樂生產(chǎn)先進(jìn)的工業(yè)液壓元件與系統(tǒng),配合了微電子技術(shù),令傳動有力而精確。其電子傳動與控制產(chǎn)品及系統(tǒng)永遠(yuǎn)走在科技前端力士樂柱塞泵根據(jù)傾斜元件的不同,有斜盤式和斜軸式兩種。斜盤式是斜盤相對回轉(zhuǎn)的缸體有一傾斜角度,而引起柱塞在泵缸中往復(fù)運(yùn)動。傳動軸軸線和缸體軸線是一致的。這種結(jié)構(gòu)較簡單,轉(zhuǎn)速較高,但工作條件要求高,柱塞端部與斜盤的接觸部往往是薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。斜軸式的斜盤軸線與傳動軸軸線是一致的。它是由于柱塞缸體相對傳動軸傾斜一角度而使柱塞作往復(fù)運(yùn)動。流量調(diào)節(jié)依靠擺動柱塞缸體的角度來實(shí)現(xiàn),故有的又稱擺缸式。它與斜盤式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。軸向柱塞泵與徑向柱塞泵比較,排出壓力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范圍內(nèi)工作,效率也高,徑向尺寸小、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕。但結(jié)構(gòu)較徑向柱塞泵復(fù)雜,加工制造要求高,價(jià)格較貴。軸向柱塞泵一般用于機(jī)床、冶金、鍛壓、礦山及起重機(jī)械的液壓傳動系統(tǒng)中,特別廣泛地應(yīng)用于大功率的液壓傳動系統(tǒng)中。為了提高效率,在應(yīng)軸向柱塞泵一般都由缸體、配油盤、柱塞和斜盤等主要零件組成。缸體內(nèi)有多個(gè)柱塞,柱塞是軸向排列的,即柱塞的中心線平行于傳動軸的軸線,因此稱它為軸向柱塞泵。但它又不同于往復(fù)式柱塞泵,因?yàn)樗闹粌H在泵缸內(nèi)做往復(fù)運(yùn)動,而且柱塞和泵缸與斜盤相對有旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動。柱塞以一球形端頭與斜盤接觸。在配油盤上有高低壓月形溝槽,它們彼此由隔墻隔開,保證一定的密封性,它們分別與泵的進(jìn)油口和出油口連通。斜盤的軸線與缸體軸線之間有一傾斜角度。
