一、塑料管材劃線器概述：

   縱向回縮率是塑料管材產(chǎn)品性能優(yōu)劣的一項重要指標。它反映了塑料管材產(chǎn)品在熱影響下管材沿縱向塑性變化的穩(wěn)定性能。它的測定對提高產(chǎn)品在使用過程中對氣溫的變化、日照以及其它熱源影響的承受能力，以及提高產(chǎn)品的使用年限都有著重要的意義。但由于縱向回縮率測定方法的多樣性，我們在檢測當中往往由于操作不當、或不注意要領，從而影響了檢測的準確度。

   測定熱塑性塑料管材縱向回縮率的試驗方法有兩種，一種是在液體中(方法A)，另一種是在空氣中(方法B)。是將規(guī)定長度的試樣，置于給定溫度下的加熱介質(zhì)中保持一定的時間，測量加熱前后試樣標線間的距離.以相對原始長度的長度變化百分率來表示管材的縱向回縮率。

   劃線器就是在試樣上劃兩條相距100mm的圓周標線，使其一標線距任一端至少10mm。符合國標GB/T 6671-2001《熱塑性塑料管材縱向回縮率的測定》試驗規(guī)程。適用于直徑小于等于400mm的試樣，大于400mm的試樣可做切片試驗。

二、塑料管材劃線器技術參數(shù)：

1、劃線距離：100mm（松動螺絲可隨意調(diào)節(jié)）

2、劃線筆：任意（可是鉛筆、記號筆、油漆筆等）

3、試樣直徑：0-400mm

4、外形尺寸：550×420×250mm

5、重量：15KG

三、塑料管材劃線器試驗方法：

1、把劃線器放在合適的試驗場所，調(diào)整地腳螺絲使劃線器處于平衡位置不晃動。

2、截取試樣使試樣長度為200±20mm，再把試樣放在劃線器的四個轉動輪中央。

3、把劃線筆（可是鉛筆、記號筆、油漆筆等）裝在劃線器上面的固定架上面，調(diào)整劃線筆位置，使兩筆處于同一形態(tài)，并調(diào)整劃線筆筆尖位置，使兩筆尖之間的距離為100mm（保證兩標線間距為100mm）。

4、輕輕轉動手輪，這時試樣隨轉動輪轉動，試樣轉動一圈之后，劃線筆就在試樣上面畫出兩條平行的圓周標線。如果標線不清楚，可適當調(diào)整劃線筆的高度。然后，再反方向轉動手輪一圈回到開始位置，這時才能保證調(diào)整后畫出的標線與調(diào)整前重合。

5、取下試樣參照國標GB/T 6671-2001《熱塑性塑料管材縱向回縮率的測定》中試驗規(guī)方法A或B做回縮率試驗。
