工作原理: 物料由料斗經(jīng)螺旋輸送器進(jìn)入粉碎室,被高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的刀片剪切粉碎,通過負(fù)壓風(fēng)運(yùn)的方法把物料運(yùn)入旋風(fēng)分離器,袋式除塵器、排出物料達(dá)到產(chǎn)品的要求.

正多面棱體是一種高精度角度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器具。它主要用于檢定光學(xué)分度頭、分度臺(tái)、測角儀等圓分度儀器的分度誤差,在高精度的機(jī)械加工中或測量中也可以作為角度的定位基準(zhǔn)。隨著圓分度技術(shù)的發(fā)展,正多面棱體已從單一的偶數(shù)面(如12、24面等),發(fā)展到具有綜合功能的奇數(shù)面(如17、23面等),前者的工作角為整度數(shù),它用于檢定圓分度器具軸系的大周期誤差,還可以進(jìn)行對徑測量;而后者的工作角為非整度數(shù),它可以綜合檢定圓分度器具軸系的大周期誤差和測微器的小周期誤差,能較正確地確定圓分度器具的不確定度。用戶可根據(jù)工作需要,從4面到72面,自由選用您需要的棱體。

棱體工作角的含義:
棱體工作角是指各工作面與第一工作面所對應(yīng)的中心角(即兩工作面中心法線之間的夾角)。如圖所示,以12面體為例,第一面為0°工作面,其它各面與第一面組成11個(gè)工作角。
工作角偏差是指實(shí)際工作角與其理論工作角之差。
使用說明:
棱體一般要與自準(zhǔn)直儀配合使用。以自準(zhǔn)直儀的光軸模擬工作面的中心法線。
由于棱體存在著工作面平面度誤差和工作面與定位面的垂直度誤差,為了保證精度,在使用棱體時(shí),請注意以下幾方面的安裝調(diào)整。
1.棱體的回轉(zhuǎn)中心應(yīng)與被測裝置的回轉(zhuǎn)中心盡可能重合,高精度檢測時(shí)應(yīng)小于0.02mm。
2.自準(zhǔn)直儀的光軸應(yīng)垂直于被測裝置的回轉(zhuǎn)的軸線,并應(yīng)盡量通過回轉(zhuǎn)軸線。
3.自準(zhǔn)直儀視場中的刻度方向(即敏感方向)應(yīng)垂直于被測裝置的回轉(zhuǎn)軸線。
維護(hù)保養(yǎng):
1.使用棱體前,用航空清洗劑將棱體工作面上油污清除,然后用干凈的稠布或麂皮擦干凈。
2.使用棱體過程中,應(yīng)戴汗布手套,輕拿輕放,避免手接觸工作面。
3.清洗棱體禁止使用酒精等有機(jī)溶劑,因其會(huì)吸附空氣中水分,腐蝕棱體工作面。
4.棱體應(yīng)在干燥、清潔的環(huán)境中使用。
5.使用棱體后應(yīng)及時(shí)清洗擦凈,放入干燥器內(nèi)或油封存放在干燥處妥善保管,切勿碰撞、劃傷及銹蝕。
6.棱體在運(yùn)輸時(shí),必須保證不受碰傷、雨淋、無腐蝕性物品及有害氣體的侵蝕。
